Pantry/ Stand-Byes In my Frig!!

Chocolate:  Unsweetened Cocoa, Roasted Cocoa Nibs ( theo brand), Lindt 85% cocoa Bars.

Dried Herbs and Spices:    Basil, Bay leaves, Rosemary(I also grind  my own rosemary),Thyme, Parsley, Marjoram, Oregano, Sage, Fennel, Chili Powder, Crushed red pepper flakes, Paprika(Spanish/regular/…), Cayenne, Turmeric,Cardamom(pods for the seeds/ground) Coriander(ground/whole), Cumin(ground/whole), Garam Masala ( make my own), Granulated Garlic, Onion flakes, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Pepper, Pepper, White Pepper, Ginger(ground/fresh), Nutmeg(ground), Cinnamon(ground/whole), Cream of Tarter, Ground Cloves,

Eggs:  I buy the biggest amount of eggs i can 🙂 i go through a lot of eggs!

Flour:  Blanched Almond Flour(my preferred brand=Honeyville), Coconut flour, Almond Meal, Psyllium husk powder/whole, Ground Golden Flax seed (Bob’s brand), Ground Flax Seed(Bob’s brand),

Fruit Dried :  freeze dried strawberries, Bing Cherries unsweetened, Cherries unsweetened, dried unsweetened Figs, Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

Magical Leavening agents: Baking Soda and Baking Powder, In order for Baking soda to have a chemical reaction on its own you have to have a acidic(vinegar/lemon/….)

“Milk”:   Unsweetened plain or vanilla ALMOND Milk(my preferred brand=Silk), Coconut milk( fresh=So delicious unsweetened/ Canned=least amount of carbs)

Nuts/seeds:  Walnuts(whole), Almonds(Blanched Slivered/Whole/ Sliced) Macadamia(whole/chopped), Brazil, Hazelnut, sunflower seeds(roasted unsalted/raw), Pepitas (raw/roasted unsalted), Cashews, poppy seeds

Nut Butter/ Sesame Butter:  Unsalted creamy Peanut Butter from unblanched peanuts (My brand of choice-trader joes), Unsalted Almond Butter( my brand of choice-Maranatha all natural roasted creamy), and i use Tahina(sesame butter)

Oils:  Coconut Oil, Grape seed oil, Walnut oil, Avocado oil, Hazelnut oil , Olive oil, Sesame Oil

Salt:  Sea Salt

Sweetener-“Sugar”:  Z-Sweet(Regular/Confectioner), Swerve( regular/confectioner), _rare moments i might use Agave nectar -for holiday once in a while- but it is my only once in awhile_

“Soy Sauce”:  I can not have Soy so I use a product MUCH better Raw Coconut Aminos (Coconut Secret is the brand i use)

Vinegar:  White vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar(i use this on my salad), coconut vinegar

“Noodles/Rice”:  Miracle Noodles Shirataki Angel hair, Miracle Noodles Shirataki Fettuccini, Miracle Noodles Shirataki Rice

Whey Protein Powder:  Jay Robb(Vanilla, Chocolate and unflavored)

Canned/Jar/Carton Items: Chicken/Beef/vegetable Stock, Canned pumpkin, Diced tomatoes, Tomato sauce, green chilies, Hearts of Palm,

Tea: Mint, Hibiscus, Lemongrass, Green tea,

Butter:  yes I do use butter unsalted for baking

Cheese: Feta, Goat cheese, Cream Cheese, Parmesan,  Blue cheese, Provolone, Brie, Port salute, Sharp cheddar cheese, ricotta

Fruit Fresh:  Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, on RARE occasions Strawberries, orange for the rind only( 🙂 )
