Magical Leavening agents: Baking Soda and Baking Powder, In order for Baking soda to have a chemical reaction on its own you have to have a acidic(vinegar/lemon/….)
“Milk”: Unsweetened plain or vanilla ALMOND Milk(my preferred brand=Silk), Coconut milk( fresh=So delicious unsweetened/ Canned=least amount of carbs)
Nuts/seeds: Walnuts(whole), Almonds(Blanched Slivered/Whole/ Sliced) Macadamia(whole/chopped), Brazil, Hazelnut, sunflower seeds(roasted unsalted/raw), Pepitas (raw/roasted unsalted), Cashews, poppy seeds
Nut Butter/ Sesame Butter: Unsalted creamy Peanut Butter from unblanched peanuts (My brand of choice-trader joes), Unsalted Almond Butter( my brand of choice-Maranatha all natural roasted creamy), and i use Tahina(sesame butter)

Sweetener-“Sugar”: Z-Sweet(Regular/Confectioner), Swerve( regular/confectioner), _rare moments i might use Agave nectar -for holiday once in a while- but it is my only once in awhile_
“Soy Sauce”: I can not have Soy so I use a product MUCH better Raw Coconut Aminos (Coconut Secret is the brand i use)
Vinegar: White vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar(i use this on my salad), coconut vinegar
